Why We Chose Boca Bay
The location on South end of the island with great beach access initially drew the Converse family to the community of Boca Bay. This gated neighborhood is close to the village and offers easy access to the Boca Bay Pass Club. It was the "Pass Club" with a friendly family and social club environment along with the club amenities, including a top-rated tennis program, outstanding clubhouse with Gulf views, fishing and boat dock access, that officially won them over!
