Working hard at island life and helping others realize the dream of enjoying the unique Boca Grande lifestyle are the driving forces behind Chandler's current real estate goals. A 40-year veteran in commercial real estate, Chandler Converse, Jr. is up for the challenge and excitement of helping buyers and sellers in Boca Grande.
Originally from Ohio, he began building a successful career right out of college with a bachelor's degree in economics. Though he still holds an active commercial real estate career in Cleveland, Chandler fell in love with Boca Grande about 20 year ago. It was love at first sight, as he drove over the bridge, he knew he was home! Enjoying the Gulf Coast and Boca Grande lifestyle, Chandler can be found boating, fishing, playing tennis, and biking! He's involved in community social events, building relationships as he pivots his skills into residential real estate. He and his wife Karen have two sons, Mac and Chandler. Mac is engaged to Morgan; Chandler is married to Samantha and they have two sons named Chance, and Giovanni.
